Structural Revit 2020 or newer

The Structural Design team works directly with our Engineers to provide drawings and conceptual designs as requested by the client. With their experience, they can efficiently complete the project and incorporate building codes as required into the design while maintaining the design and layout of the drawings per AISC standards. They provide all the required drawings for permit and go through the proper approval process as required before issuing for construction.

The structural designers will also collaborate with the project Architect and/or construction team to assure coordination of the project drawings and schedule. All documents can be sent electronically (DWG, PDF or RVT).

SDS Detailing software

Steel Detailing services are done at our location and we provide all required drawings for a complete set of erection and fabrication details including a bill of material list, then go through the proper approval process as required before issuing them for fabrication. We follow AISC standards when providing fabrication details and are always available if questions should arise during fabrication.

We can use your standards, or provide our in-house standard and sending drawings are done electronically (DWG, PDF or RVT). If you require hard copies, we can send them by UPS mail service (additional fees applied).  Before we start any project, we provide you with a written cost estimate or proposal with an estimated time of delivery.
